How much do you take in at a glance? It's the skill you use crossing a road, scanning a busy room, or finding your name on a board — and it narrows quietly with age. It is also one of the most trainable skills there is.
A brief flash shows a letter in the centre and, usually, a small shape out at the edge.
Then two easy questions: what was in the centre, and what was at the edge — 🚗 a car, 🌳 a tree, or nothing at all.
Accuracy first, not speed. Rest your eyes on the centre dot and let your gaze soften to the whole field. You answer at your own pace after each flash; when you're solid, the flashes get briefer.
